Wildfire Tours has been involved in special events, conferences and incentives, where conference V.I.P.s, guest speakers etc., are conveyed into venues on Harley - Davidson's. We cater for all types of corporate events, being the largest Motorcycle Tour operator on the Gold Coast, with access to (in excess of) 250 riders.

A popular idea is to transfer conference delegates from their hotel to another venue on a combination of Harley - Davidsons, and other custom cruising vehicles, Hot Rods and Vintage Cars....with police escort where necessary.

Or how about a "friendly pre arranged kidnapping", where targeted key figures are taken off from conference centres into the sunset for an adrenalin rush through the surrounding Gold Coast and Hinterland? We have also arranged for a group of Harley - Davidson riders in full riding gear, to thunder into conference centres, onto stages and into hotel foyers. We can arrange all the administrative aspects of such events (including vehicle control and police escorts etc ). Costing's commence at AUD $110 per person for a 1 hr ride, but we quote on an individual basis, and to ensure a smooth event, we ask for at least (1) full weeks notice (Longer for large groups).
